Cabinet Style Vanities with Different Sink Options
A cabinet style vanity is the good old tried and true vanities we are all family with. They are called cabinet style because they are in fact cabinets.
Vanity on four feet with granite countertop and undermount sink
The image at the top right shows a cabinet style vanity with a granite countertop and an undermount sink. Notice this vanity touches the floor on four feet only. This is done for aesthetics (a look that I like) and requires the floor be finished under where the cabinet sits.
The color contrast is achieved by using a white sink underneath a light colored countertop.
Vanity with engineered stone countertop and a drop in sink
As all drop in sinks do, the sink in the picture above has a lip between the countertop surface and the sink. The color contrast is achieved using a beige sink installed into a light brown countertop.
Open Vanity with marble countertop and vessel sink
The image above is of an open cabinet style vanity (it is still referred to as a cabinet style vanity) with a marble countertop and a vessel sink. The countertop and sink are nearly the same color with the towels which creates a contrast with the walnut color of the vanity.
