Have you ever had the experience of a nice relaxing steam bath at a spa where you felt so relaxed after it was important you had not scheduled anything on your to do list, because let’s face it, after your steam bath, that stuff isn’t going to get done anyway.
You leave the experience feeling ultra clean, ultra relaxed, and a bit like a blob of jello who simply needs to find somewhere to just relax.
Believe it or not, you can now have this experience at home, in something called a steam shower.

Once upon a time we called them either steam baths or steam saunas, and in order to enjoy one you had to either visit some form of Spa (public steam room).
Now that they are being incorporated into home showers, the name is changing to reflect the new style of use.
A steam shower is nothing more (and nothing less) than a steam generator that creates steam to fill your shower. In the image please notice the digital panel on the wall next to the shower controls.
Those controls turn on the steam.
After 15 or 20 minutes (or however long), you simply turn off the steam and rinse.
Image if this was available to you every night before bed? Would you not sleep soundly?
